Our client is a commercial music streaming service providing digital rights management – restricted content from record labels. The office in Sofia is very modern, close to the city center and equipped with the most modern facilities. They are currently looking to recruit various Social Media Support Agents with Swedish. In this role you will be responding to customer inquiries via social media on multiple platforms, including : Facebook, Twitter, Youtube and different forums, meeting the company’s service. Preferable previous experience in supporting using social networking sites, understanding of social media (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, other social channels).
