The Online Marketing Manager (PPC) is responsible for developing and executing Adler¿s online marketing strategy for acquiring new customers in the EMEA markets This position requires the ability to operate on both strategic and tactical levels, translating vision to executables across multiple online channels, including paid search (PPC), natural search (SEO), etc. Key responsibilities: ¿ Manage and enhance the digital marketing experience for new acquisitions via brand, vertical and product campaigns. Create and increase awareness via web site banner ads, SEM, social media and through e-mail campaigns. ¿ Drive online traffic, acquisitions, leads, revenue through paid search (Google, Bing/MSN, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) and display advertising as defined by business. ¿ Manage search engine optimization efforts for targeted keywords, conduct keyword research for new products and develop SEO strategies to improve natural search rankings in collaboration with the e-commerce team and external vendors. ¿ Monitor web traffic, conversions and ROI for all digital online acquisition programs through rigorous campaign planning and implementation, performance review, optimization and analysis. ¿ Review new online marketing trends and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. What we look for: ¿ Ideally, you have a Bachelor¿s Degree with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar digital online marketing role for B2B, B2C, retailer or an agency ¿ You have an exceptional understanding and experience in digital marketing across the various marketing channels including PPC, SEO, etc. and a good understanding of retail and B2B merchandising techniques. ¿ Good web analytics aptitude for quantitative analysis. Experienced with IBM Digital Analytics (Coremetrics) and Google Analytics to produce reports and analyze results. ¿ Ideally, you are experienced in working with Photoshop, as well as HTML and CSS ¿ You are fluent in German and English. ¿ You are a creative thinker who is highly organized with excellent project management skills and you are not afraid to take considered risks.
