FRANCAIS Blu selection is looking for an IT Helpdesk (French), (m/f) for Barcelona. Our client is an important BPO player established in Barcelona. They are currently looking for experienced candidates in IT helpdesk. The Job:- Provide excellent customer support - Answer incoming calls and help clients resolving their IT technical issues - Follow up and solving L1 incidents - Escalate incidents to L2 when unable to resolve - Responding to incoming emails - Ensuring that service quality levels meet expectations The Profile:- Native level of French, fluency in English and Spanish - Proven experience in IT - Experience in customer support - Experience in technical support - 1 year experience - IT-minded - Problem solving capabilities and excellent communication skills - Flexibility in work hours (Wednesday-Sunday 14:00-22:00)   Interested?
