Our aim is to provide those working with vulnerable people with the best information, practice guidance, training and consulting available. We share our customers’ aspiration to ensure that the services they provide are rooted in evidence-based best practice.  As a result of recent expansion, we are seeking skilled and experienced individuals to support our continued growth and further increase customer support within tri.x, a market leader in the production of information, procedures and web-enabled solutions. Over 200 local authorities, safeguarding boards, independent providers and national agencies have commissioned the experts at tri.x to develop their procedures manual and subsequently keep them up to date. We are looking to add committed individuals to this high-achieving team. Content Editor £24,210 - £30,391 Full time, Permanent Based at our Head office in Coventry. This is a newly created post, and the successful candidate will primarily support routine updates to the wide range of procedures manuals that tri.x hosts and maintains. The Content Editor will also be expected to support our Lead Consultants in facilitating launches of our procedures manuals in a customer setting. The ability to build and maintain good relationships with a variety of different customers is therefore an essential part of the job. The role will also have a research element, identifying central issues that could potentially affect procedures manual content. You will also be expected to summarise government guidance as directed by editorial groups and the production manager, which will assist in the drafting of new material and briefing papers.
