Customer Experience Advisors - South Leeds Start Date 21st   September 2015 Full Time Fixed Term Contract until February 2016 37.5hrs Per week Mon to Fri – 8am-9pm , Sat 8am to 9pm & Sun 8am-6pm Candidates will need to be flexible around working hours as the department is operational between the above hours Our client, the UK’s largest customer management company is looking for experienced Customer Service advisors to expand in their already impressive & expanding Customer Service Team based in South Leeds The role will see you working on behalf of one of the worlds largest telecommunications providers within main customer service department dealing with wide range of customers of handling calls regarding billing, network and handset issues aiming for 1 st  call resolution on range of enquiries. Alongside delivering world class customer service there will be an element of product promotion on such additional products as digital services, new connections and additional devices such as Ipads, handsets and varying digital products  Interested applicants must have experience of customer service but not necessarily within a contact centre environment.
