JOB DESCRIPTION This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are acting as an employment agency. You will be working at one of the leading repair centres in Europe, where high end customer products are repaired for one of the largest high street retailers in the country. • Deliver excellent service and attempt to exceed customer expectations by providing a ‘right first time’ resolution • Proactively updating customers in a professional efficient manner ensuring they are kept in the “Know” every step of the Repair Journey • To take ownership and responsibility of customer queries/issues providing a fast effective solution in order to prevent escalations, repeats and customer complaints • To ensure that all communications with customers are professional and provide a great customer experience • Display integrity, empathy and understanding towards the Customer, while looking for effective solutions • Take and process Customer transactions • To ensure all administration tasks are completed to defined Service Level Agreements • To assist with various administrative duties including producing relevant data for reporting purposes • To highlight any trends or concerns to a manager • To be vigilant when processing tasks to ensure accuracy and prevent fraudulent activity • Liaise with other teams to support operations and increase customer Net Promoter Scores • Must demonstrate a high level of customer focus with the ability to trouble shoot customer issues, owning them until full resolution has been obtained • Will need to explain all issues clearly and professionally demonstrating KNOWHOW behaviours at all times • Must develop and maintain all required skills including a good working knowledge of relevant software tools and systems to facilitate the effective delivery of work activities • Communicate effectively with the business/customer to advise on the status of their Repair, Write off or failed deliveries; covering all areas and aspects of the business affecting the Repair Journey • Knowledge and ability to find customer focused resolution • Possesses the ability to build relationships with the customer using good listening skills and resolve conflicts where necessary • Adherence to all company policies and procedures PERSON SPECIFICATION Essential • Excellent customer service skills. • Excellent verbal communication. • Ability to organise and prioritise workload • Be able to work well in a team. • IT skills with the ability to use Word, Excel, email and internet explorer • Flexible and adaptable • Confident and positive resilience in the face of set backs and difficult customer experiences. • Positive style and attitude with the ability to build rapport with customers quickly. • Good listening Skills Desirable • Experience in meeting agreed goals within a set time frame. • Great communicator with good inter-personal skills. • Good influencing and negotiation skills. • The ability to demonstrate a good commercial understanding, balancing the needs of the company and the customer when resolving customer issues. • Be able to train others in key aspects of the role. • Myriad and Control Skills • PowerPoint skills • Be able to work in a team related environment • The ability to work within a fast paced environment with the flexibility to embrace and adapt quickly to change • To apply on a daily basis the knowledge and skills gained from induction, training and on-going support throughout your career • Use initiative to make decisions that will benefit the customer • A passion to deliver exceptional customer service on every contact • Maintains a positive approach Hours of Work 4 on 4off - Day 1-3 6.30am -5.30pm, Day 4 7am -5.30pm Pay - £7.50 per hour Benefits • Weekly pay • Free Parking on site To apply, please contact on 01909 482277.
