If you have a good telephone manner, friendly personality, enjoy talking to new people everyday, some drive & enthusiasm we will provide you with all the training you need. Experience of working in a Customer Service environment is ideal although not essential. You will be working as part of a team receiving calls from new and existing Tesco Mobile customers. You will respond to our customer s queries with accurate and complete information. Building strong relationships and providing the customer with the best solution to their queries at all times. In addition to identifying unsatisfied customers and discussing their requirements / issues and resolve them in line with our excellent Tesco standards. * Ability to make effective customer contact through inbound calls, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities to meet their requirements. * Provide the customer with the best solution at all times. * Where appropriate, provide the customer with additional useful information in effort to offer increased value for money. * Ensuring that customer service levels are always met. * Respond to all customers queries with accurate and complete information. * Set and manage customer s expectations. * Identify unsatisfied customers and discuss their requirements/issues and resolve to meet their satisfaction. * Communicate the benefits and promote products. The role is full time on a temp - perm basis. All successful applicants will be contacted within 7 working days
