Telephone Customer Service Representative (Ongoing Temp) Please ONLY apply if you can attend an one off registration interview with the GI Group in Hounslow (TW3) You must also be available to attend an Assessment Day, dates will be between the 22nd 23rd and 24th July at the clients LONDON Bridge office Shift range between 9:00:18:00, 10:00:19:00 and 14:00:23:00 rotation Our client is a luxury fashion giant based in London Bridge. They are currently recruiting Inbound Customer Service advisors to join there busy call centre. As a member of the Inbound Customer Service team you will take full responsibility for every customer you deal with and perform any duty that will mean customers receive only the very best of customer service * Answer inbound telephone calls from customers to place orders, manage queries, resolve issues or complaints and update systems accordingly * Respond to customer emails to the necessary standards * Make outbound calls to resolve customer issues * Take action on various exception reports generated by the order process to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer shopping experience * Perform a variety of administration tasks to support customer service activity such as dealing with returned mail, sending catalogues to first time enquirers and any other reasonable request from a manager * Work within the key targets set by the Contact Centre Team Manager The successful Customer Service Representative will have x2026; * Excellent written and oral English * Computer Skills use several systems as well as using spreadsheets and other documents so a good working knowledge this includes a working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel * Efficient Typing a minimum typing speed of 15:20 words per minute. * Rapport Building Energetic, friendly and positive * Motivated * Flexible :they operate 24/7 so its important to have the right support for their customers.
