NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Our client is a residential centre with severe learning difficulties and challenging behaviour. We are looking for candidates for a residential care setting located in Hereford, caring for adults with Learning difficulties. The hours are an average of 39 per week, shifts start at 7:00am until 3:00pm and 1:00pm until 9:00pm. Driving licence and own transport is vital. We offer comprehensive training and great opportunities for internal progression, plus 35 days holiday, a Childcare voucher scheme, and pension scheme. We would like to hear from candidates who have experience in this sector but also those who aspire to a career in Health and Social Care. No experience is necessary as full training is provided and you will be supported in gaining recognised qualifications in health and social care. Previous experience of caring for others in your home or a domestic environment would be an advantage and it is essential that your values and respect for those in our care reflect our high exceptions and standards. Due to our rural location, it is vital candidates have their own means of transport.
