Great, continue with job description ! RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone. Respond to incoming calls and email from enterprise clients. Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical and account issues We require: PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS: -High level of English (written and oral) -Native level of GERMAN -Team player -Willingness to learn and apply new technologies -Analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability desired -Ability to operate in high pressure situations -Good technical skills and knowledge preferable -Excellent communication skill WORKING CONDITIONS: We offer: Salary: 18 000 gross/year + performance bonus ( up to 3000 ) Full time shift: 39 hrs/week, (rotating and depending on the market) from Monday to Sunday, from 07.00am-10.00pm Real possibility to grow and make a career within the company Opportunity to join SELLBYTEL international team.
