We provide highly specialised recruitment services within four areas of expertise: Finance, Sales, IT E-Commerce and Native Speakers. Our Native Speakers department specialises in the selection of international and multilingual profiles for multinational companies in Spain and Europe. As part of our Native Speakers department, you will be given a high degree of responsibility and autonomy in your tasks from day one, under the continuous guidance of our Consultants. Your main objective will be to recruit international profiles for our different multinational clients. Amongst others, your responsibilities will be: -Job analysis and job profile compilation -Application filtering and telephone pre-screening -Competency based interviews -Managing the selection process from start to finish -Maximising company exposure and assisting with the ongoing development of the employer brand
