IT, Domain, HR, HR Principles, Deployment, Transformation, Payroll, Expenses, Time & Attendance, Design, ERP Our client that designs, develops, manufactures and services integrated power systems for use in the air, on land and at sea require a HR Domain Specialist As the HR Domain Specialist you will be responsible for working to recognised HR principles, deploy, enhance and maintain the corporate HR systems to meet business and statutory requirements. The key activities are as follows: - Provide ownership and support for the HR Transformation Programme implementing the Payroll, Expense (Employee Reimbursements) and Time & Attendance capabilities in a multinational environment. Provide expertise in the evaluation and interpretation of functional requirements in order to design fit-for-purpose solutions within the HR Capability. Engage with the business recommending process and system enhancements, taking advantage of future HR developments Review and re-engineer processes, taking into account HR global practices and procedures pertaining to Core HR data, compensation, absence and time tracking and Talent and performance management. Design integrated HR solutions taking into consideration of cross-functional impacts Test and validate functional solutions /enhancements as delivered by designated vendors to meet designed specifications and quality levels. Specify and document all technical and functional steps to implement delivered and approved solutions. Provide specialist expertise and practical assistance in the investigation, evaluation and interpretation of data to ensure portfolio and systems coherence, availability, accuracy and security. Communicate clearly and effectively new process solutions and systems changes Address training needs arising out of new or changing processes Act as point of contact for both business customers and external configuration partners Support the development of IT portfolio and roadmap. Development of IT portfolio and roadmap. Key skills: - Understanding of HR Payroll solution capability, design and configuration. Extensive experience in either a Payroll function or ERP Payroll support role.
