Aufgabenbereich:

I am currently looking for an experienced Service Department Manager to oversee the running of a busy and growing department. In this role your responsibilities will include the following A To co-ordinate a number of engineers planned and responsive maintenance and reactive work schedules A To co-ordinate Senior Service Engineers and other administrative staff A To handle incoming calls from customers and resolve as necessary A Follow up sales leads visiting site and providing quotations where applicable A To visit existing Customers, ensuring they are satisfied with the service provided and also looking for any more potential opportunities, as well as quality controlling works where possible/applicable A To deal with Staff within the Department, holidays, sickness, overtime and disciplinary etc. A To ensure all Budgets and Targets (Weekly, Monthly and Annually) for the Department are met and explanations of such can be provided where required A To attend monthly KPI meetings Candidates that apply for this role should have experience in the mechanical/electrical/air conditioning sectors. Should have excellent communication skills, be able to use Excel, Outlook and Word competently. And the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
