Aufgabenbereich:

The Company: A fantastic opportunity for an Account Co-ordinator to join a highly successful global supply group in their busy footwear department. You will be responsible for providing full administrative support to the sales team, ensuring all procedures are followed and where necessary provide sales and product information to internal teams and customers. The Role: Follow the business administrative systems and where necessary obtain information and process this to assist the Account Managers. Update weekly and monthly production schedules. Liaise with the sales team in order to gain an understanding of customer account requirements and the smooth running of customer account administration. Prepare and follow UK and Far East critical paths, ensuring dates are adhered to. When these dates are not met ensure that critical paths are revised. Assist in the preparation of customer requirements and ensure that they are followed and contact customers regarding their requirements. Ensure all job related information is effectively communicated within teams and to any other relevant areas of the business as part of daily work routine. Deal with daily correspondence, organise meetings and prepare customer information for the sales team as required. Any other reasonable additional duties requested or delegated by the Manager. Skills Required: Must have an avid interest in the fashion industry and be very ambitious. Strong Excel and PowerPoint knowledge. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. A keen starter with the desire to further progress career in the industry. Good organisational skills. Solid administrative background with proven ability to effectively support team members.
