What you ll give our customers as a Barclays Customer Advisor You ll be responsible for offering a professional, consistent and outstanding level of customer service, building trust by engaging our customers in conversation and actively listening to anticipate and meet their needs. That means building a strong understanding of our products, services and processes. Interview: If you re successful at assessment we ll invite you to attend a face-to-face interview. Outcome: Following your interview, we ll be in touch within five working days of all interviews being completed to advise you of the outcome.
