Aufgabenbereich:

Acting at the sharp end of their business as a Customer Service Consultant, you will be passionate about customer service and enjoy taking responsibility for satisfying and resolving their customers’ needs. Their customers value their high quality face to face personal relationships and it is here in the branch that you will enjoy using your expert knowledge to help them to select the correct financial products for themselves. Our client believes in looking after the interests of their members by providing a range of mortgages, savings and investment products, especially designed to suit the needs of all sorts of people. You will be an energetic self-starter and have first class communication skills. Working in a highly regulated industry you will need a thorough and meticulous approach to detail in managing your responsibilities. Your responsibilities will include cash handling and achieving your branch objectives for sales and other operational targets exceeding customer expectations by appropriately selling the correct products. You will also ensure that all file notes, records and logs are completed to an exacting standard to ensure that their compliance standards are met. You will have previous experience in working in a customer facing environment and thrive on building long term relationships with them by acting as their brand ambassador. Having excellent PC and administration skills, you work well in a team and take a strong interest in your local community. A minimum of 5 GCSE’s or equivalent at grade C or above, including Maths and English, is essential. Part Time, 17 hours per week, temporary for up to 9 months.
