Aufgabenbereich:

Advisors to join our client E.ON on a temporary ongoing basis initially, with the potential of a permanent contract. You will be located at the prestigious Parklands Centre based in Bolton. The role offers a very good salary which starts on £7.40 per hour and increases to £8.57 per hour after 12 weeks worked and further potential to work up to a maximum salary of £9.95 based on your performance. There is also an annual bonus scheme and generous holiday entitlement (28 days per annum pro rata for the first 12 weeks increasing to 34 days per annum pro rata thereafter). The customer service role is within an exciting and expanding area of the business - Home Moves. The department prides itself on delivering a memorable experience for its customers and is transforming into a Centre of Excellence in 2015. "It s about finding the best deal for the customer, with an experience that builds trust and offers complete clarity around consumption and bills." As part of the Home Moves team you will be speaking to customers before, during and after they move home. It s a real opportunity for you to wow the customer with your customer service skills and ensure they want to stay with us at their new address. The role is heavily regulated on selling compliantly, so it s important you will be comfortable in reading certain scripts, as well as following process to give the customer an independent review of our tariffs, so that the customer can make an informed decision. The role is extremely rewarding and satisfaction can be taken from offering new or existing customers a potential saving on their energy bills as well as a lasting experience of E.ON. Role targets will be based on the following:- *Call Handling Times *Customer Retentions *Fair Customer Outcomes (compliance - accuracy of information provided to the customer) You will be working for the one of the leading in major energy suppliers in the UK so it s imperative that you are passionate about doing the right thing for your customer as well as delivering a memorable experience.
