Aufgabenbereich:

A field based Service Engineer is required for the Yorkshire area, the primary role is to repair and maintain photocopiers, multi-functional devices and printer s responding to call outs within response SLA s and with a professional manner. Candidates will need to be familiar with diagnostic aids such as repair manuals, circuit diagrams, multi-meters, and will need to be familiar with repairing and maintaining photocopier s, multi-functional devices and printer s on customer premises. The Photocopier Field Service Engineer will ideally need previous MFD, photocopier engineer experience, and will need to be able to install and repair photocopiers MFDs on customer premises, provide advice and in some cases training to customers, and must have proven excellent communication skills, customer service and customer facing skills. Desired Skills/Experience A good knowledge of PC s, Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office and Internet use is key to this role. A good understanding of IT networking and loading software i.e. setting up printers on a network and loading printer software and drivers is also an advantage. Reporting to the Manpower Service Delivery Manager the Field Service Engineer will also be responsible achieving internal measurements and adherence to quality processes within the business set by both the Client (Xerox UK Ltd) and Manpower.
