Basic salary package to £55k, OTE into £70’s About You: National Head of Sales – Technical Recruitment, Bristol BS1 I’m looking for a Senior level Recruiter from a Technical background for this key role within the resourcing arm of a Training, Consultancy and Staffing firm. The role would suit a high-achieving Manager who relishes the Sales process. You must have experience of selling Recruitment packages, Project Work and repeat staffing solutions at Board and Director level. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of inspiring Managers and Consultants within the Recruitment industry. Your background in Recruitment may be in Engineering, IT, White Collar Technical or similar. Contingent recruitment or selling RPO solutions could be a close match for this role. Spotting market opportunities and new revenue streams will come naturally to you. A settled career in Recruitment and Resourcing is necessary.
