Aufgabenbereich:

Another exciting role has arisen for my highly established and professional client based on the Wirral. They are looking to add to their team of Customer Services Administrators, you will be working on a part time basis Monday to Friday between 1pm-5pm.  You will be joining an existing team where you will be involved in making interesting outbound calls to businesses and receiving incoming calls.  The calls will involve building a rapport with businesses, handling some technical enquiries in which training will be given, data gathering, confirming business addresses and contact details. The successful candidate will have previous telephone customer services experience, confident and friendly, comfortable with making outbound customer services calls and receiving technical customer services calls, accurate data capture skills, good literacy and keyboard skills with the ability to pick up new IT systems quickly. 20 hours per week between the hours of 1.00-5.00pm Monday to Friday, working within a friendly and relaxed working environment, casual office dress with lots of on-going employee benefits.  After an initial 3 month probation period and based on your performance, the company is looking to offer a permanent contract.
