We have been given a fantastic opportunity for a team of experienced customer service advisers to work at the UK s largest contact centre. You will be working on behalf of one their most prestigious clients in the energy supplier industry. The Role - PART TIME EVENINGS The client delivers an excellent customer experience service through inbound and occasionally outbound calls. The calls taken will be regarding both Gas and Electric metering enquiries which can include; Home moves, product and price enquiries, technical support, compliance and booking appointments and complaints. Skills required - A good communicator. - Able to objection handle. - Able to work as part of a team. - Friendly, polite and helpful. - Confident and tactful. - Bubbly and Energetic personality. - Reliable and responsible. - Honest. Successful candidates will be required to work 20 hours per week between 5pm-8pm Mon-Fri and a full day on Saturday.
