Aufgabenbereich:

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to join our Payroll Bureau. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of an efficient payroll service to ensure that clients receive accurate information at all times, and to control the relevant administrative procedures. Main Duties A To keep effective working relationships with managers and clients alike A To lead and motivate staff A To fully understand RTI legislation and oversee the submission of necessary details to HMRC accurately and in the timeframe required A To fully understand Auto Enrolment and oversee the associated administrative tasks A To advise clients and managers on payroll issues as first point of contact for enquiries A To keep up to date with the ever changing government legislation A Advise on pay and tax laws A Supervise and train the payroll team A Manage computer software and systems A Analyse, report and bill payroll fees A Check and audit payroll to ensure regulations are met A Carry out one-to-one appraisals A Set targets and development plans Person Specification The successful individual will have at least three years payroll experience and will hold a relevant payroll qualification. Excellent working knowledge of Star (Payroll Professionals) and Sage 50 Payroll, together with good knowledge and understanding of Auto Enrolment is essential. You will be responsible for managing a team of 4, which will include completing staff appraisals. Candidates must have good communication skills, be confident, enthusiastic and a team player.
