A German speaking Technical Support Representative is needed for an exciting role for a global provider of exceptional quality PC and tablet peripherals. This role takes you to Bulgaria, and the beautiful city of Sofia, offering a competitive salary of 2250 BGN gross p/m. The Technical Support representative is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and technical support for the configuration and use of a range of well known branded products, including software application packages, hardware, operating system levels, and supported equipment. In a contact centre environment, you will use computer based tools as well as your problem solving skills to identify, research, isolate and resolve customer issues.
