Our site in Brunsbüttel has two production units, an ammonia plant and a urea plant. An air separation unit in the ammonia synthesis plant delivers the air gases nitrogen, oxygen and argon used for various technical and industrial purposes. Several grades of ammonia and urea are produced with specifications tailored to meet market needs. Technical aqueous solutions like AdBlue/Air 1 and NOxCare for reduction of NOx from trucks and power plants is delivered to the international market. To strengthen our Maintenance Department, we are looking for a motivated Engineer for Rotating Equipment to join the team. Responsibilities ¿ Responsible for rotating equipment, i.e. Piston compressors, centrifugal compressors, steam turbines up to 20 MW ¿ Daily monitoring and trouble shooting of equipment condition on the basis of given machinery diagnostics, vibration analysis ¿ Act as a project manager for invest Projects and site turnaround overhaul of rotating machinery and spare parts ¿ Responsible for a given maintenance and project budget ¿ Review/make calculations on turbines and compressors, review drawings and other relevant documentation Profile ¿ Master degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering; thermodynamics is preferred ¿ Relevant experience of minimum 5 years in an engineering environment for chemical plants ¿ Experience on rotating machinery and monitoring systems such as Bently Nevada 1 or Prognost ¿ Experience in control technique for rotating machinery ¿ Good interpersonal skills with an open mind and high level of self-motivation ¿ Willing to travel in an international environment ¿ Fluent in German and English We at Yara are part of a global network collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world¿s key challenges ¿ resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change. - Internetadresse: http://www.yara.com; Geforderte Anlagen: Lebenslauf, Zeugnisse; Führerscheine: Fahrerlaubnis B PKW/Kleinbusse (alt: FS 3): Wünschenswert
