RESPONSIBILITIES: -Maintain client relationships through product support over the phone. -Respond to incoming calls and email from end users. -Manage effectively all incoming incidents in a customer service environment -Gather information from customers, troubleshoot technical issues WE OFFER -Salary: 16. 000 Euros gross/year + performance bonus (around 3000 ) -Full time shift: 39 hrs/week, rotating shift tfrom Monday to Sunday. -Real possibility to grow within the company -Opportunity to join our international team -The work is located in Barcelona Center -Free Spanish/Catalan classes in a Certified Institution -Relocation Package provided.
