Sermicro is in search of talented and experience Support Technician to join our group of IT professionals, in an amazing international project that give yourself the opportunity to work with the most current technology in an international environment alongside one of the most beautiful destination in Spain, Alicante. DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES: -Initiates action toward the identification , documentation, and resolution of problems affecting computing services users. -Develop deep understanding and deliver client support. -Document problems and their resolution. -Customer-service oriented. -Ability and willingness to work and learn independently as well as part of a team. SKILLS REQUIRED: Necessary condition: Fluent in English in addition to at least one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Spanish. Advanced degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience in a client focused environment. 1 or 2 years relevant work experience with appropriate technologies.
