There are 850,000 people with dementia in the UK with numbers set to rise to over 1 million by 2025. As part of the OD team in the POD directorate this role will report to the OD Manager working closely with the Head of OD, the Equality and Inclusion Manager and the OD Coordinator. About you: The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and have demonstrably strong IT skills. They will have excellent attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills and a confident approach in dealing with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders. They will also have a questioning, coaching approach to enable others. This is a key role; one where the post holder can make a very real and lasting impact on how the team operates, supports and shapes the work of the organisation in playing a key role in defeating dementia.
