ZAKRES PRACY:

Commis de Rang (Waiter) PURPOSE To assist and support the Restaurant and Private Dining Managers in maintaining the highest standards in all aspects of the Food and Beverage Services operation while ensuring customers enjoy a positive and high quality experience. KEY RESULT AREAS AND OUTPUTS Community . Maintain a friendly and informative welcome to new team members to help them settle in. . Provide guidance to part:time/Agency staff during their hours here to enable them to perform their duties well. . Liaise with F and B Support Services and Kitchen to ensure back of house areas are maintained. Contribution . Provide a friendly and efficient service ensuring a high standard of hospitality. . Have a good working knowledge of the menu to facilitate your assistance in guests choice. . Have a knowledge of the whole resort and facilities available to guests. . Participate in daily duties allocated by the Headwaiters and Chef de Rangs ensuring all planned work is carried out to the required standards. . Assist with wine service as required to provide guests with the level of service expected. . Upsell at every opportunity to maximise profitability. . Pass any relevant information to Headwaiter/Chef de Rang/Manager which has been given to you by a guest which highlights specific problems so that these details can be held on guest history. Creativity . Attend any training sessions which have been set up to aid personal development. . Identify and share with your line manager(s) any suitable ideas for improving service delivery, quality standards, or efficiency. . Ensure that all possible opportunities to minimise waste of departmental resources are maximised. . Promote the various Resort facilities to customers whenever appropriate in a manner tailored to the customers indicated interests and preferences in order to encourage additional revenue generation. Consistency . Take responsibility for the security and safe handling of all equipment used within F and B Services. . Adhere to the appearance and grooming standards required by the business at all times. . Work in a professional manner with all internal and external customers. . Ensure function rooms and/or restaurant are clean and tidy at the end of shift. . Accurately and efficiently process any payment transactions to ensure both security and procedural standards are met and revenue is protected.
