We have an excellent opportunity for someone with exceptional Customer Service and Administration skills to take the role of Customer Service Consultant / Case Officer at our client''s financial services company based in Grantham. The Company. Our client is a financial services company with busy and expanding offices in both Grantham and Long Bennington. They specialise in personal financial management and offer a wide range of products and services including insurances, mortgage and debt advice. The Role. As Customer Service Consultant / Case Officer, your job will be to help and support clients to become financially secure, using an appropriate mix of empathy, client care, influencing, technical knowledge and accuracy. You will be required to fulfil the needs of the client using the full range of products available, in order to maximise income for the business and surplus to creditors. Responsibilities. * Make outbound / Receive incoming calls, emails and / or texts (where applicable) to / from clients. * Proactively gain client trust by building rapport, listening, acknowledging and guiding. * Consistently check client''s understanding, responding appropriately where doubt is detected. * Ensure that all required call elements, relevant to your point in the client journey, are covered in every call. * Always enter and update client information accurately and professionally, covering all relevant details, ensuring ongoing client care within and beyond your department''s needs. * Proactively identify where complementary products could benefit the client (applicable to your point in the client journey), introducing them wherever appropriate through effective questioning, keen listening and understanding of needs. * Ensure all clients are kept informed appropriately, being mindful of their needs and expectations. * Maximise your performance to achieve or exceed personal and team targets. * Ensure you maintain appropriate levels of technical knowledge, highlighting concerns to your Team Leader if necessary. * Contribute to team discussions in a constructive way and remain mindful of your impact on the team dynamic. * Take responsibility for your output, managing your caseload or diary and/or maximising your availability for making/receiving calls. Key Skills, Knowledge and Experience required. * Good emotional intelligence - Able to adapt your style appropriately dependent on the client''s approach. * Good problem solver - Actively seeking resolution to problems. * Attention to detail - Consistently capturing and recording accurate and relevant information. * Methodical - Able to show consistency in your processes. * A confident nature with the ability to calmly deal with challenging client situations. * Customer-led - Able to consistently demonstrate that your approach demonstrates an appropriate mix of customer and business needs. * Results-driven - Keen to be great at what you do. * A strong communicator - With an eye on taking care of client and colleague''s needs through your approach, explanations and clarity. * Good initiative - Actively offering thoughts and ideas which will provide benefit. * Organised - Able to prioritise and manage workload to optimise output. * Adaptable - Displaying a ''can do'' approach, ensuring you''re supporting both client and business needs. The Package. For this role you will receive a basic salary of £15,000 per annum and will work between 9am and 5pm with occasional late shifts on a rota. How to apply.
