ZAKRES PRACY:

AM SHIFT - 06:00 - 14:30 TUESDAY TO SATURDAY (40 hours per week) Yodel are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator at its Alfreton Depot. As the Customer Service Administrator your main responsibilities will be: * To support general administration activities across the Yodel depot * HHT Administration * Driver Dispatch support * Parcel Dispatches support * Parcel Return * Customer Care * General Administration activities, which support the achievement of the Company s objectives. ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: * Strong inter-personal and communication skills are required to enable the individual to; o achieve effective relationships with all Service Centre Team Members, Drivers and Couriers o provide effective support for Yodel Customers * Must be numerate and literate, knowledge of spreadsheets is required. * IT Literate - ECDL desirable. * Educated to minimum GCSE Grade C or above (or equivalent) * Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and Company H & S policies/procedures If you are ambitious, open-minded, thrive on challenges and enjoy working together as part of a team, we want you to be part of the Yodel story.
