ZAKRES PRACY:
A head chef is required for a very popular traditional fresh food countryvillagepub15 minutes from Ripon, Thirsk and Leyburn. Working with a professional friendly, hardworking GM and team as head chef you wouldbe part of an established management team in a very secure busy pub in a great location and easy to get to although you will need transport. As head chef you will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management including menu planning and costing, setting rota s, managing GP, working with suppliers and ensuring all food safety compliance. Above all you will be responsible for managing a brigade of chefs and working closely with the management team. The successful candidate for the head chef position will have worked as a head chef or senior sous chef in a similar environments with responsibility to manage others and calculate GP whilst demonstrating good practices in the kitchen and when dealing with other members of staff and be able produce good recent references to this effect.
