ZAKRES PRACY:

Nationwide based. £14 per hr 1 month rolling contract (Expenses for mileage from site to site) The customer is deploying approximately 7000 Apple devices ( mostly I-Phones ) of which we have been tasked with the support of just over 5000 devices. At each location, the customer will be issued with a device, and at that stage will then be offered the facility of an overview of how the phones works - that is the point where you step in to the process. Whist it is accepted that there is not a specific training for these devices, we would look for an engineer who is familiar with the Apple I-Phone devices, knowledge of basics of use, power on/off, navigate, apps, perhaps set-up email. If there are customer specific applications, I d assume that these would be covered during the initial pilot phase. For the customers who would require an overview, it is expected that the engineer should have excellent customer-facing skills, courteous, presentable and comfortable in dealing with a customer who may be non-technical.
