ZAKRES PRACY:

We seek qualified NVQ Assessors / Trainers to deliver Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care, Levels 2 and 3 and up to Level 5 if possible. You will need to be qualified to Assessor level and delivering within Health and Social Care for learners based in care homes. Our client is a quality driven training provider who achieved Ofsted outstanding for 2015. You will need to be able to inspire learners to achieve their potential. You will be using an online portfolio, delivering training and assessment through skype and telephone visits and face to face visits will be used mainly for observation. This role is home and field based although because you will be using skype and telephone you will not be making as many face to face visits but when you do mileage is paid. Enrolments will be done by another staff member. You will be using the online portfolio to work with learners from induction, setting tasks, assessing work and giving feedback, recording visits, progress reviews etc. Your IQA will monitor quality through the system and give feedback and support electronically and in person.
