Project Management and Customer Service Assistant 16K - 20K dependant on experience Cobalt Communications are looking for a new team member in their busy Exeter Office. This is a full time role based in their easily accessible Exeter Office. Key Responsibilities include: *To be able to respond to Customer needs via Telephone, Email and Helpdesk request. *Organise installation projects from ordering lines and equipment to organising installation and training. *Responding to outstanding faults, queries and concerns in accordance with the time parameters set by the company *Taking ownership of problems and driving them to a successful conclusion *Escalating unsolved problems to the Directors *Maintain Customer records by updating Account Information. *Be able to monitor products via our Administrative portals and be able to communicate effectively when an issue is highlighted. *Liaise with BT and other suppliers to deliver a solution or fix a fault. *Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. What you need: ?Excellent organisational skills ?GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English with A to C Grade ?A high level of Computer Literacy ?A high degree of familiarisation with Microsoft Office Products ?Previous experience of a similar role in the IT/Comms industry would be a benefit Personal attributes: ?You must be able to communicate well with both customers and colleagues ?You need an analytical mind with the ability to work out a problem systematically ?Have good questioning and listening skills ?A love of Technology ?A good sense of humour and a cheerful outlook on life!
