ZAKRES PRACY:

Website Customer Service Executives will be responsible for: researching the customer s business taking them through a telephone consultation writing engaging content for their website and delivering excellent customer service.This role is responsible for the after sales relationship with a customer following the purchase of their website through to publishing it online. The person is responsible for multiple contacts with the customer plus the structure and writing of their website and will also make recommendations in order to get the site published online.The Opportunity: Researching the customer s business and industry using available resources Taking the customer through a telephone consultation, overcoming objections and showing knowledge both in the product and the customer s business Writing error free content that accurately reflects the customer s business Working to a tight deadline in a production environment Effectively managing numerous accountsThe Person: Must have excellent time management / organisational skills Excellent spelling, grammar and communication skills Excellent IT/computer skills An interest in website creation An appreciation of the digital landscape Ability to write accurate, engaging and creative marketing copyThe Company:For almost 50 years Yell has specialised in helping small and medium sized businesses find and connect with customers.
