Area Manager - Various destinations in Spain For over 25 years Suncare Central has provided its services to many major British, German & Scandinavian tour operators, hotels and resorts in Spain as well as operations in Florida and Mexico. Due to continued growth we require enthusiastic, passionate and motivated managers to join our extremely busy and successful Spanish programmes in the Costas, Balearics and Canaries. The perfect candidate will have: -Flexibility during first 4 to 6 months due to extensive training. -Experience in managing a team. -Experience in establishing strong relationships with hotels and tour operators. -Strong sales and service skills, target driven, passionate and a natural team leader -Fluency in both German and English. Key responsibilities include: -To achieve agreed target revenues for the area -To oversee and performance manage Supervisors & Suncare Advisors -To recruitment of all staff for the area -To oversee all aspects of training The position enjoys a Spanish contract with competitive salary + bonus + car + fuel allowance.
