In this position you will be supporting the international sales team and will be responsible for back office operational tasks. Business Objectives Support country supplies organization on their day to day administrative tasks Key responsibilities Provide administrative support and prepare documents Deal management Create supplies deals and continuously update progress for all supplies opportunities Ongoing management of big deals Request product or discount changes Manage pricing requests and follow up with bid desk teams to obtain approvals Follow up on claims with CARs Follow up on EUV documents with CARs WE OFFER: - Possibility to join our international sales team. - Valued experience in respected company. - Full-time schedule (39 hours/week). - Salary conditions: Fix 19.600 + Variable 3.000 (Gross/year) - Contract: Long Term Contract (Obra y Servicio) - Free languages courses in Spanish / Catalan NUMBER OF POSTS:4 REQUIREMENTS: - Organized and high communicative skills - Must have excellent knowledge of Excel, Office, and CRM systems - Minimum 2 years experience in back office/administrative work - Previous experience in sales preferred LANGUAGES: - High/native Native in Dutch - Excellent English
