Please find more about us on our corporate website www.SELLBYTEL.com Advertising Account Manager General Summary Will be responsible for managing Facebook’s existing SMB advertising accounts via phone and email. This includes the designing of new campaigns, optimizing existing campaigns, measuring the performance and return of investment of these campaigns, and supporting your advertisers with any platform issues. Responsibilities • Manage a fixed list of 40-70 advertising accounts. • Develop and/or optimize their campaign strategies. • Maximize their return on investment. • Proactively offer them new products. • Reactively follow up on their platform issues. • Identify trends to enhance the customer support process. • Work cross-functionally with sales teams.
