Based in Barcelona, the primary function of the Inside Sales Representative Audit and Compliance is to work with customers and partners to ensure contractual compliance and to provide feedback on licensing. The team in BeLux is part of a successful operation throughout EMEA tasked with conducting a variety of reviews with customers and partners, achieving customer satisfaction through the provision of a professional service and maximizing revenue owed to the company for contractual compliance. The Inside Sales License Compliance is chartered with performing impartial and co-operative reviews with customers and partners to: -establish whether they are operating within the terms of their agreements with the company; -determine whether they are getting the best use out of their investment in the company s products and services; and -ensure they are made aware of any additional products or services that may be of value to their organization. Main tasks -Develop and constantly maintain a very high level understanding of the products and their associated licensing terms and conditions as well as the business practices. -Work as part of the Inside Sales audit and compliance EMEA Team and achieve goals on a quarterly and yearly basis. -Plan and execute audit engagements through the relevant targeting methodology. -Advice on suitability of licensing structures in meeting and optimizing the licensing of Customer s or Partner s business and system environments. -Work with the customers and partners to understand their utilization of the products and services. -Present compliance findings/reports to customers and partners. -Provide customers and partners with an assessment of current and future licensing needs and Education of the licensing policies and business practices. -Build strong working relationships with other internal departments such as Sales, Channels, Finance, and Legal & Support in country. Requirements -Excellent level of Dutch, French and English -University degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Management. -Excellent presentation and negotiation skills -Strong analytical and problem solving skills. -Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills. The ability to handle adverse situations and resistance from customers. -Ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and solutions. -Time management skills & used to work under pressure and dealing with ambiguity -The ability to “think out of the box” and develop strategies and solutions creatively. -Relationship & Trust Building within the internal and external customers and Partners -Minimum 2 years experience in Inside Sales environment. -Knowledge or successful experience in multi channel go to market models -Experience in negotiating with Customer’s Senior Executive Level -Proven track record in target achievement -Availability to travel
