NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

Working as a trainer, you will be responsible for welcoming newcomers to the project and providing them with initial training sessions regarding their new position. You will also be responsible for following up on Customer Service Representative s performance on the job, identifying training needs and implementing continuous training plans. Your main duties will include identifying training needs, preparing and developing training material, and providing training regarding hard and soft skills. You will also analyse the trainee s results and develop your own HR skills.
