NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

**Business Analyst - Commercial Process Improvement - Shoreham-on-sea - £50k-£65k** I am currently helping a global consultancy firm who are looking for a Business analyst that has supported the commercial community with an element of product ownership of CRM systems. You will be working with an existing team of Business Analysts, IT Specialists and third party support companies to support the commercial systems and improving the processes used by the commercial side. There is an element of travel and various opportunities to progress within different verticals within the organisation. Responsibilities: * Ability to improve processes within the commercial community and CRM systems used. * Ability to implement CRM systems and the related tools. * Tracking the sales pipeline * Understanding how the commercial run campaigns * Facilitating workshops and engaging the users * Focused around Desirable skills: * Microsoft Dynamics implementation experience * Ability to work on many other CRM systems * Element of product ownership and process ownership They are looking for an individual to start as soon as possible with interviews being conducted next week.
