My client is one of the world s largest mobile programmatic buying platforms that enables advertisers to connect with precisely targeted mobile audiences around the globe - in real time, at scale. Through a combination of private investor backing, natively mobile proprietary technology and the ability to continuously evolve to stay at the forefront of the mobile advertising revolution, my client has achieved explosive growth during 2013/14 and exceptional opportunity during 2015. The aim of the role is to organise and systematise the technology team, establishing appropriate plans, identifying and implementing the correct procedures, and then endeavouring to make sure they are followed. The TPM has oversight of the purpose and status of projects (current and future) within the department and can use this oversight to support project-level activity to achieve business goals more efficiently by: identifying and managing cross-functional dependencies; clarifying personal responsibilities and expectations; as well as ensuring that the right processes and practices are being adhered to. You will have: 3+ years of product, project or programme management experience, preferably in digital marketing industry or a software development house Business, Mathematics or Computer Science related degree Ability to work with developers, operations and technical architects as well as interface with Directors and C-Level executives Ability to grasp complex technologies and concepts fast Solid understanding of the full life cycle of web or agile development projects: definition/design/development/delivery; these will have ideally been in a company working in RTB Exposure to and experience of core development skills: information architecture, user journeys, wireframe design, testing and design briefs Natural interest in and passion for mobile and web technologies Strong organisational and written skills with excellent attention to detail At least basic knowledge of most of the following areas: rich media, real-time bidding, DSPs, SSPs, SDKs, ad server technologies Self-starter mentality Experience using prototyping software (e.g. Protoshare) would be desirable It s an exciting opportunity to join a team with the heart of a technology start up working on enterprise client projects.
