Požadované vzdelanie: Either hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 qualification in Professional Cookery or equivalent together with a minimum of two years experience in a Professional Cookery environment or have a minimum of three years experience working in a Professional Cookery environment.
Level 3 Supervising Food Safety.
Demonstrable experience of menu and recipe production to achieve margins.
Demonstrable experience of stock ordering process and understanding of financial controls associated with kitchen management.
Experience of supervising a team to deliver a high quality, efficient and safe service.
Knowledge of relevant Health & Safety procedures and legislation in a relevant environment (including COSHH - Control of Substances Hazardous to Health).
Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard analysis and critical control points) and Safe Catering Plan.
Be IT literate in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
