NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

We are actively recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to work for one of the worlds leading Pharmaceutical businesses; the core function of the role is to act as a Finance Business Partner for a Business Division or Central Controlling Function(s). * Support business achievement of Targets set during the Annual Discussion/ Strategic planning process, including the development of financial plans to meet these targets. * Review sales and/or other forecasts produced by the Business unit and challenge assumptions where these appear unreasonable; also ensure actions are taken to mitigate any significant cost variances by informing and assisting cost centre managers in managing their expenditure (Actual and Committed) against budgetary targets. * Identify issues or trends that may prevent the Business reaching its financial targets and provide financial information and/or solutions to Business & Financial Management via monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting process and regular senior management meetings. * Maintain business partner awareness of financial concepts, procedures and implications by identifying formal training requirements and providing informal guidance and support. * Advise Business and Financial management concerning financial implications of specific projects; this will include commercial, accounting (both BI and UK GAAP), fiscal, PPRS and legal perspectives. . * Support or provide analysis and reporting for PPRS, Tax, Audit and local and German GAAP accounting as required. Required Education & Knowledge. * Educated to degree level or equivalent. * Relevant technical skills i.e. ACA/ACCA/CIMA and post qualification work experience. * Demonstrates the application of knowledge concerning contract law, tax and PPRS regulations to business activities e.g. joint ventures/co-promotion/contract deals. * Functional Area specific experience in a commercially driven, customer facing role. * Accounting systems experience eg.
