NÁPLŇ PRÁCE:

OUR client based in Knaresborough is looking to recruit a full time, permanent Customer Service Advisor to their team due to company expansion. Based in a professional office environment with a supportive team, duties will include: A Taking inbound calls and advising customers on products and giving advice/information A Issuing information and sending out marketing material A Updating and in putting information onto the in house system whilst on the telephone A Setting up new customers on the in house system A Making outbound follow up calls A Working towards KPIA s A Providing an excellent level of customer service A Working towards industry regulations A Associated administration The ideal candidate MUST have experience of working within a telephony environment. A compliance based background, i.e. insurance, banking, financial services would be beneficial but not essential. You will have excellent communication, organisation and customer service skills. You will be able to build up a quick rapport with customers and engage in conversation. Solid IT skills are a must and you will be able to pick up in house systems quickly. Working hours are Monday to Friday 09.00am 17.00pm with an hour for lunch some flexibility may be required moving forward. Onsite parking. Interested?
