Exciting opportunities for highly customer focused service consultants have arisen within our Cardiff office. Your key responsibilities will be to provide an excellent consistent service to all customers, following regulatory and internal standards and to ensure all customer needs are met contributing to maintaining overall standards within organisation. Description Working in an in-bound contact centre, dealing with queries on customer accounts, following and adhering to strict process guidelines with a high degree of accuracy and within strict deadlines. Much of the work is carried out on a computer, using a variety of systems at the same time. Maintaining a professional image of the company by providing excellence in customer service to a wide range of client types - from inexperienced private customers to business partners and suppliers. Skills, Knowledge and Experience required * Experience of telephone work and/or dealing with customer queries is essential. * Computer literate with good keyboard skills both for speed and accuracy. * The ability to learn and consistently follow defined processes and procedures * The ability to quickly learn new systems and processes as the job progresses. This position is due to start ASAP. It is a temporary full time position for a period of 8 months. The hours of work will be shift patterns between 8am - 8pm, the candidate will need to be flexible to work 1 in every 3 Saturdays. You will be contracted to 35 hours per week. Our Cardiff offices are close to the city centre with Cardiff Queen Street train station only five minutes walk away.
