Job Description – Customer Service Advisor Salary - circa £14,123.20 per annum DOE Location - Newark Hours - 40 hours flexible between 8am – 9pm, Monday – Saturday Training - You will receive 3 full weeks training, Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm Start Dates – 10th Aug 2015 - Must be able to start on this date. Job Description This is an exciting role that will involve joining our continuously expanding customer service team in Newark. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will be an integral part of transforming our client’s vision of providing world class customer service to their customers within all aspects of your role. Objectives of the role The purpose of this role is to safeguard, develop and enhance customer loyalty and value by providing excellent customer services. Additionally, the role involves providing the customer with knowledgeable information by identifying and promoting significant products and services. The key areas of responsibility for the Customer Service Advisor include: • Provide outstanding Telephonic Support to the Customer by making use of set processes and procedures. • To ensure that customer queries or complaints are acknowledged, recorded and resolved promptly and effectively. Additionally, ensuring that customer details are captured accurately. • Escalate all relevant queries to the relevant role players. • To ensure that responses to calls are in compliance with Call Centre Measurement Criteria and adhere to all regulatory, fair trading and competition practices. In addition, the consultant is required to comply with all Health, Safety and Security policies. • To develop and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers. Additionally, accepting responsibility for personal development and performance improvement. • Consultant is required to be knowledgeable about all products and services and promote appropriate products on offer to the customer. Personal competencies We are looking for a confident communicator who can articulate concise information about our client’s products and services. You will be a team player engaging in a knowledge sharing approach to your duties to add to our client’s continuous improvement culture and move towards a first query resolution.
