About the Role We are looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Producer with indepth experience of developing and delivering online projects combined with expert knowledge of the parental market, to make a major contribution to the development of our online service and content strategy and help further build our success. Responsibilities include: Developing, co:ordinating and delivering a world:class online strategy for the home learning market Researching and leading on the creation of compelling online services and creative content which meet the educational needs and expectations of parents and children Delivering accessible and insightful content for parents and children with consistent tone of voice, language and approach Creating and maintaining relationships with advisory boards and key influencers Developing partnerships with key third:parties Driving brand presence across different channels, and analysing content performance and consumer engagement within a cross:functional team About You To be successful in this role you must: Have a proven background in creating and delivering successful online strategy, services and products in D2C markets, creating exciting online experiences for consumers Have a deep understanding of the parental market and current developments in education, analysing and responding to consumer behaviour and delivering engagement through content and service Be passionate about helping each child reach their potential Be a leader in digital content production and online best practice and implementation, immersed in market trends, SEO and metrics Have a proven track record of working productively with experts, parents, authors, teachers, educational professionals, partners, colleagues and multiple key stakeholders Be experienced in leading in:house cross:functional and effective teams that innovate as well as deliver key strategy.
