FPGA Hardware Engineer Based in the Thames Valley the FPGA Design Engineer will be joining an exciting organisation developing new state of the art Video and Audio based products. The FPGA Design Engineer will be responsible for specifying, designing and developing Firmware solutions for a range of multimedia based products. Other responsibilities will include: utilising the appropriate design tools and techniques; participating and driving in all aspects of continuous improvement; keeping up to date with industry trends and technology. The successful candidate will have a good relevant degree, along with skills in the following: * Firmware FPGA Development in VHDL (Xilinx or Altera), along with Verilog as an advantageous *Knowledge of ModelSim or similar *An understanding of Board Level Hardware Design *FPGA Design for Video architectures would be advantageous Key skills: FPGA, VHDL, Verilog, Video....
