About the Role As an inclusion Manager/SENCO you will be taking control of the development of SEN learning across the school and you will be monitoring the progression and development of your pupils . Leading on the creative use of resources and inclusion of outside agencies to offer all pupils the chance to contribute to the mainstream. By regularly checking on your teams resources, you must ensure that there are enough to go around and that all teachers have access to these important, SEN specific teaching tools..
